Introducing Empyrean. The name draws inspiration from the renowned astronomer, William Crabtree, who made this area of Salford his home in the 1600’s. Our ambition was to offer residents their own slice of highest heaven - and we delivered.

We worked closely with the developer, Sigma Capital Group plc, a leading provider in Build to Rent properties, to create 298 luxurious feeling properties, using design-led furniture to fulfil the creative vision while keeping it at an affordable price point.

As the area is perfect commuting distance to the city centre, the apartments were focused on drawing in professionals and young families and couples as the area affords convenience of travel, minus the city centre price tag.

The design focused on luxury and delivering a feeling of opulence across the one, two and three bedroom properties, classic dark woods were paired with marble and velvet to create a timeless impression, which was lifted with shades of green and teal to keep it fresh and contemporary.
